Bed.
That’s all there is to it.
I love being in bed. Andrew and I came home from church today and slept in bed for 2 hours. It was amazing. There is nothing like the feeling of your own sheets and blankets cuddled up around your neck and finding that perfect spot between the pillows.
For those of you who know me well this favorite spot does not come as a surprise. It is quite common to find me talking, dreaming, visualizing about my bed.
When I do not spend a solid 8 hours in bed, you also know the consequences. Happy Lyndsey is just not likely to show up the next morning. Sad, I know. Most of you moms are thinking, “just wait!” I know… I know. But for now, while freedom still lives, I will enjoy my favorite spot guilt-free.

You better like your bed. You spend a third of your life in it. I’d like to get a “Select Comfort” someday.

I have six kids and I still get my eight hours plus a nap once in a while!
All of my kids were great nappers too!

i agree…you can still get 8 hours after you’re a mommy…you just have to prioritize.
